“Black Diamond Spas customer service is amazing. Jake answered all my questions and arranged everything seamlessly. Then Terry delivered and fitted my swimspa. Terry was really helpful. He explained everything clearly to me and did a fantastic job of fitting the swimspa. I would highly recommend you. Thank you!”

“From my first contact to discuss our Hot Tub requirements through to delivery, the team at Black Diamond Spas couldn't have been more helpful. Arron and Jake who delivered and installed our Hot Tub were helpful and professional throughout the installation that was not the easiest to complete (2 sets of steps and 1m lift up onto decking).”

“Great Hot tub. Excellent value. Aaron and Chris arrived dead on time, installed the hot tub quickly and efficiently with absolutely no problems, even with a crane lift over the house. I cannot recommend the Black Diamond Spas Guys enough. Thank You again Jake for a true Diamond experience!”

“Arron and Chris delivered our Georgia hot tub this morning punctual polite and bang on time. We were messaged earlier in the morning to give us an hour window and they were when they said they would be. Nothing was too much trouble for them and they went through the operating procedure very thoroughly Can’t give them 6 stars but if I could I would Highly recommend and can’t wait to get in it Thanks once again Wayne and Symonne”

“Had a Toronto 2 Spa delivered by Arron and Chris this morning, both top lads. After a workaround to remove a few tiles to get through my side gate all went smoothly. I have no problem recommending both lads and Blackdimond Spa for the delivery and taking the time to explain the features and set up. Thanks lads.”

“Fantastic Hot Tub, service, delivery and installation by Aaron and Chris at great price. Having had a Hot Tub previously and struggled with water treatment I can’t say enough how great the Black Diamond Spas water kit is, no fuss, no worrying and no corrosion. Highly recommend.”
