“Black diamond spa are excellent! They are so quick to respond to any query and extremely helpful. Terry, who serviced our hot tub, was friendly and super knowledgeable. He gave us lots of great advice about limescale issue. We absolutely love our hot tub and would recommend Black Diamond Spa to anyone looking. Great customer service!”

“I had my Atlantis Spa delivered last Wednesday (4 Sep 24) by Aaron and Wayne and I have to say I am absolutely delighted with it. First thank you to Jake and James at Black Diamond Spas for the help and for answering my many questions and the smooth purchasing and delivery process . Also a special thank you to Aaron and Wayne who delivered and installed my new hot tub, despite having to negotiate my steps and garden gate which they had to remove and refit (it closes much better now, thank you). Also the comprehensive guidance on how to operate the spa. Considering the very reasonable price, and I have searched extensively for a 2 person Spa/Hot Tub and nothing comes anywhere near the Atlantis for price, it is real quality in its construction and operation. Thank you guys, I look forward to using it soon!”

“Excellent from start to finish. Browsed the easy to get round website, a quick phone call to a man that couldn't be more helpful and the tub arrived exactly when they said it would. The delivery team deserve extra praise. Very friendly and helpful. Everything you could ask for from a purchase.”

“I bought my Destiny hot tub from Black Diamond Spas just after the first Lockdown in May 2020 from that date they have helped me maintain my spa completing regular services and insulating the tub to make it more efficient to run. I have always found the company to be extremely professional, their prices are clear and competitive, their after sales are easy to buy and help maintain my spa. It’s great to find a local company which delivers a great service at a good price.”

“Aaron & Terry relocated our hot tub yesterday from one property to another and once in place, carried out a clean and service. The team were very friendly, explained the different stages of the service and overall couldn't do enough to help us. After the service the hot tub was cleaned and looks brand new, very happy! Would highly recommend.”
