Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“It was straightforward to place an order with Black Cat. I've used them a few times for the same product. It always arrives quickly well-packaged and correct. One time a spray can top was damaged and couldn't be easily used, but they just sent a replacement wi th no quibbles. I didn't have to return the damaged one. Excellent service.”

“Very pleased to have found this website, which apart from the Lickimat Felix I was looking for also has quite a range of intriguing products. I could have made a purchase just as a guest but knew I'd be back so decided to register. Well organised site - even some of the sections within the categories have sub-sections of their own! (On a small screen mobile you may need to use a little finger or stylus to properly activate the '+' alongside each listing) Very pleased to have choice of free postage and that gave me delivery in 4 days - not bad during 3rd lockdown! The last pic shows the Lickimat after Caspar's first go with it (his second meal of the morning) He was puzzled at first but with the encouragement of creamy treat soon got stuck in. The visiting stray likes it too!”
