Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“I always default to Amazon for things, including this product. I was surprised at the price, which seemed to have gone up since I bought some a month ago. I Googled the product and found I could buy it for £3 less, which is almost 25% cheaper. I ordered it and it will arrive within 4 days, which is also better than Amazon. As promised, it arrived early in the day quoted. Happy with service, price and goods, will definitely buy from this company again.”

“Purchased cleaner for our dogs ears at less than half the price that the Vets charged us for the first bottle. Just shows what a rip off Vets are. Strongly suggest they use a different Courier in my area as item was just dumped on our doorstep even though we were in.”

“My dog had diarrhoea, I purchased through the vet Pro-Colin it worked extremely fast and got the stools firm again. So again I had another dog same problem so I looked on line and saw that you can purchase it there I so need this Pro-Colin and it is so quick at getting your dog happy again I could not be without Pro-Colin. Now my daughter seen it asked about and told her about it and she also has got some as well.”
