Direct 4 Pet is the new easy name from Black Cat Medicines Limited.
Established in 1985 within a Lancashire Veterinary Surgery, we are now a busy Internet Pet Pharmacy and Pet Store shipping over 40,000 orders a month to our fantastic loyal customers. We are committed to delivering quality products at competitive prices and our Veterinary Surgery has been providing the highest standards of care for over 30 years. Our philosophy is to deliver excellence through a compassionate, approachable, and professional service to all our customers.

Our team of friendly team is made of up of veterinary surgeons, SQP's and an amazing back office team of Product Managers, Customer Services and our super efficient warehouse team. They are all happy to chat and are only a call away. All our vets are fully qualified and registered with the Royal Veterinary College; in addition, all our vets have practiced for many years.

The team at Black Cat Medicines has been together for a number of years and have an excellent working relationship together. Our team represents a valuable combination of experience and enthusiasm with the younger members of the team providing a constant source of innovation.

“The purchase was very easy and delivery was quick. But, the box that the supplement came in was badly damaged - I think because the box was far too big and there had been no padding added, to keep the supplement container (3.5kg) from crashing around in it. Only a little more crashing around and I suspect the box would have broken, potentially causing the supplement container itself to be damaged.”

“Absolutely fantastic site I subscribed for my cat food but sadly 1 of my cats has passed away so I don't need the food to be delivered as often, I emailed and explained and it was altered from every 4 weeks to every 6 weeks no problem it was done straight away. Everything arrives beautifully packed and this company is wonderful to deal with. I would definitely recommend them.”

“Found Black Cat meficines on Amazon when looking for iodine and people were praising both the product and companys own site, so I checked them out as I prefer to buy direct where possible. The Iodine spray I bought was slightly cheaper as Bezos didnt get his cut. The process of ordering was really easy and quick as they use paypal. only took a few days to arrive with a weekend in between.Product arrived today and seems pretty good quality. Have used already on me (yes its suitable for humans too) and after the initial stinging one expects from iodine seems to be doing the job on some dodgy insect bites on my legs. Will definately be using again for various pet products as they have good prices on some of my regular pet products and free delivery too.”
