I contacted them when my last pair broke and they were extremely helpful, advising me on how to return my old frames for recycling so I could take advantage of the 50% off on new frames. “Plastic lenses, quite bulky when folded, no return label in the box, so if you want to return you need to find printer. Support wasn’t quite helpful with QR return code. Design is good though”
