“Great service, lovely glasses. I feel I have a product that will last a lifetime.”

“Really liked the glasses I got sent to try on at home, and I'll be buying a pair when I next need new glasses. My wife really like them to, but it would be great if you did a next size down for women with petite figures and heads. One thing you could really improve is some more options for brighter colours and accents. Men's glasses everywhere are all so beige, what about some bright blues or reds in bamboo?”

“I took advantage of the try at home service and it was a very smooth experience start to finish. Four pairs of glasses arrived in a timely, secure manner with clear instructions on return. My sister who is partially sighted and registered blind found the service very practical and helpful. We’ll both be checking out their complete acetate small range when launched. All email exchanges were clear and responses were quick. Would definitely recommend this company because of its concept, ethical ethos and great service.”

“Great products, was really useful to use the virtual try-on of sunglasses on the web, definitely helped me pick the right pair and not go for glass that were too large for my face! Glasses then arrived pretty quick and they are really stylish and well made. Try and buy everything I can from eco and enviro-conscious brands that use sustainable materials, so it was great to find one for my sunglasses without compromising on style!”

“Amazing customer service. I sent my broken Birds back to be recycled as part of the recycle scheme (40% off a new pair) and was offered an amazing pair of Bird sunglasses and they reused my prescription lenses so I didn't have to pay again for this part. Thank you Team Bird. I'll definitely be returning....although hopefully I'll be more careful with my new pair!”
