“I ordered a pair of glasses that were never delivered. Bird figured out for me that the shipping provider simply didn't know where the glasses were. Pros: - They kindly asked me to correct the incorrect address that I mistakenly sent them. - They're a B Corporation and I love that stuff. Their glasses are ethically made! - Their designs are beautiful. - Worldwide shipping! I can finally get something over to Guatemala without paying expensive PO Boxes! Cons: - Their communication could be better; a couple of emails got lost. - Their delivery protocols could also be better. I wasn't notified about my glasses for 2 months, until a couple of days ago when I sent another email and left a bad review here (That review was replaced by the one I am writing here). - They could offer the return windows that other B Corporations offer; Bird offers 30 days and others offer 60. - Their shipping provider couldn't ship their glasses to me :( It's really unfortunate that the glasses were lost in the shipping process, but I am glad that they offered and indeed gave me a refund.”

“Such a simple piece of silicone, but it saved my four year olds glasses haha! The others really hurt, but this glasses strap just stays on the end stays close to his neck and keeps everything where it should be.”

“I ordered 4 pairs to try at home, which was really useful and a good chance to try before buying. After that I ordered the pair I really liked. All the postage was efficient and returning the 4 try on pairs was easy. They're nice comfy glasses and they look great. The focus on sustainability is important to me too. I would recommend!”

“Fantastic yet again! I've had my Wren's since Nov 2021. Recently I'd worn out one of the hinges, so time for a repair. Repair was reasonable price, easy to sort and took them only a day to do, with a day's postage either side. Thank you!”

“It's been 2 months and I have not received any updates. The last email I received was a month ago, saying I'd get the glasses. This review will change if I do receive my glasses, but as of now, I feel frustrated. It feels unfair to pay for the glasses and still not having them two months afterward. In case someone at Bird is reading this, my order number is 8582. I ordered a pair of Kaka Clear glasses with blue lenses on the 27th of October 2022.”

After sending two pairs to Guatemala, which have subsequently been lost in transit, we are at a loss of how we can get a pair of Birds delivered to your location. “I love my beautiful wooden glasses (already had a couple of compliments while wearing them!) Great service and communication from start to finish - I have a bit of a complicated prescription and they emailed to discuss; my only query would be maybe they could have provision on the website, when ordering, to specify e.g. prisms rather than adding it on at the subsequent email stage. But it was all very fair and professional, and the glasses were perfect when they arrived, with a lovely eco-friendly case and cleaning cloth. It's important to me to know that my things are ethically sourced and Bird are excellent on that score too.”
