“Really great service from start to finish. You can chat to a real person, I was in touch with Big Bird Laurence who was super helpful. Trying on the glasses at home was great and offered the chance to get used to the styles without having to make a rushed decision. Quality of the product is excellent too. Can't fault my whole experience!”

“Really pleased with my new Bird glasses. The try-on service was so handy and I ordered some of the narrower styles to try as most glasses are too big for my face. The tawny style suited me well. Also had compliments from friends. They're neat fitting but also quite distinctive and chunky. Quality is great. The only downside is they slip down my nose slightly but I've never had a pair of glasses that don't do that. Delivery was quick and hassle free - eco-friendly packaging too. I would definitely order again.”

“These are the best sunglasses I've had yet. I always struggle to find the right size and shape. I love these as they're a bit different and I was bored of generic black glasses. The size is perfect and they're really comfortable. Great product.”

“The best pair of sunglasses I've owned. They look great and the lenses are excellent. It feels like I'm looking at everything in HD. The frames feel durable and sturdy, so there are no worries about using them out and about. I'm also really delighted that my purchase supports SolarAid. Yes, Birds are a little more pricey than your off-the-rack sunnies in Boots, but they're well worth the extra money. Highly recommended.”

“Really disappointed with my birds. The reflection on the lens whilst wearing them is really irritating, made worse by the translucent frames that pick up the light and form a halo around your vision. Making them almost unwearable in the sun. Also the wooden arm has split and has fallen off.”

“I had been contemplating buying a pair of Birds for the past 12 months or so. I've always been reluctant to just buy over the web as I have a large head and have always struggled to find a pair of sunglasses that really fit properly, regardless of brand and price. I really liked both the look of the product and the ethos of the company so I messaged Ed to discuss my issues/concerns. The response and customer service was exceptional and without going it too much detail Ed went out of his way, without being pushy at any point, to see if Birds were the sunglasses for me. Having owned a pair and worn them extensively for the past fortnight they are everything I could have hoped for and more. The look great, they fit well, and thanks to the environmental efforts of Birds, they're good for the environment too. They're also good value for money. Exceptional customer service and a great product. I would not hesitate to recommend you buy a pair today.”
