“The trial pairs came quickly and were free to return too. All the packaging is eco friendly as well as the frames and the glasses case, which I liked too. I had personal emails in response to my enquiry they rushed the job for me as it was urgent (I trod on mine!) The specs fit and work really well - I was worried about getting varifocals online too but measured really carefully. The whole process was professional and my new specs look as good as they do in the pictures.”

“I opted for the lapwing sunglasses which are light, have nice detailing and are very comfortable. They seem well constructed and the lens clarity is excellent. I missed out on my 10% discount for first time customers, but was refunded this retrospectively, so not only a fantastic sustainable product but also great customer service.”

“I really love the petrel sunglasses, they are exactly what I was looking for and are a really good high quality item. However, I almost didn't order them as the measurements provided on the listing meant that they would be the width of my 4 year-olds sunglasses, and far narrower than any of my prescription or sunglasses. I took a risk as you seem to have a good returns policy and the glasses looked wide enough on the models. When they arrived they are in fact 20mm wider than the measurements given, and perfectly sized. The 52mm measurement on the listing should read 62mm. When spending this amount online, it could be off-putting to customers to have these incorrect details!”
