“Sometimes you find a company with both amazing business ethics and fabulous products…. Bird is a real find. Now the whole family are in love with their sunglasses - and we are all thinking about daring Bird’s prescription glasses (maybe an occasional pop up in London would be a GREAT idea). The virtual try on is superb but the woman of the family is vainer and she (me) needs to see them on in 3D too. The Kaka Honey are so flattering for all skin and hair colours. Everyone loves them.”

“Despite my pair of sunglasses arriving almost a month and a half after ordering them, Bird kept me in the loop about what was happening the entire time. I appreciate that there were issues within the supply chain and they were fully transparent about it. They also sent me an awesome Bird canteen as a token of good faith for the late arrival of my glasses. The sunglasses themselves have excellent build quality and the packaging is incredible - totally eco-friendly and worth the cost and wait.”

“I don't leave reviews for products very often but feel compelled to do so this time. First class service, product and value! My recent experience with Bird Eyewear has been amazing, to say the least. I initially trialled a couple of packs and loved the quality but wanted a particular style, with certain wood stain/colour and with different arms. I contacted Lawrence via chat, he went above and beyond to help several times. Even photoshopping a look of glasses to make sure they were what I wanted. They are perfect, have a really solid build quality, finish and the prescription is spot on. So for me, they have covered every base and to be honest the glasses and customer service I've received is worth twice the price I paid. Fantastic, thank you Lawrence and the team!”

“I was a little worried, as I haven't owned a good pair of sunglasses before, and only one rubbish one, that they might not fit or may not look as good on me, but trying out the virtual try on thing on some of the other ones. Specifically the Jay Coffee ones, which I thought looked the best out of all of the others, but still thought something wasn't quite right on, they seemed quite akin to these, so I figured the virtual thing not being here wasn't the end of the world and went out on a limb. The other one having so many more reviews was a little unnerving too, but the one that was here helped! (Thank you Rachel Morris!) Bought them late Wednesday, got them via Royal mail on Saturday morning (less than an hour ago). Tried them on, and yes, they look great, are lightweight as I was told, and fit fine despite my tiny fears from having to push a little for the-- I wasn't sure what the "arms of glasses" are called, so I Googled it-- temples to get past the sides of my face, but once done they weren't tight and fit comfortably! It might be a little premature when I haven't fully tried them out yet, but I love them already and feel much more secure in the investment! I'm glad I came across this brand and had a proper look before moving on to looking at another, so the virtual try-on thing has reeled at least one person in! “Excellent service. Quick and pleasant. I bought frames which I intended to get my local opticians to fit lenses into, however despite having done so before they have had a change of policy. I spoke to Lawrence on the chat and managed to arrange for me to send back the frames whilst the sent me the new pair with lenses. A thoroughly pleasant and efficient service and a lovely set of specs. I now look like a sexy young Alan Bennett. Or John Shuttleworth. This is a good thing.”

“Bird Eyewear have gone above and beyond. My glasses broke, I got in touch to see how I could fix them, Bird very kindly sent me a postage label and sourced a spare arm they could fit for me, I sent them on a Monday and got them back, all shiny and good as new on the Friday of the same week. Super speedy!! I cannot praise this company highly enough for their excellent customer service and care. Thank you so much again. I will definitely be a loyal customer and be recommending you to my family and friends.”
