I was sent personal emails with updates on when the replacement pair would arrive and how to sent the others back. “I couldn’t be more pleased with my Luna gold sunglasses! The metal frame feels sturdy, yet it’s super lightweight, making them really comfortable to wear. And the nose pads let you adjust them perfectly to your face. Great quality sustainable materials too, from the frame to the accessories. Highly recommend!”

“I have to say Birds customer service is the best I have experienced in a long time. I (very sadly) had an accident with my beloved Dipper sunglasses, I emailed just to see if they could be fixed (was fully expecting to be told they can't do anything and I'd have to buy a new pair). However within the hour I was told they would replace the frames for £30! I sent mine in and had the new ones back within a week. Can't fault the service and loved that the emails were clearly from a real person and not a robot :) Also loved that they came back in a new style foldable case....excellent space saving and no excuse not to keep my Dippers safe from future accidents! I now have 2 pairs of Birds (Dipper and Kaka) and will be a Birds wearer forever more!”

“It's easy to say you're environmentally conscious, and want to do everything to help the planet - the hard thing is actually living up to what you say. So when my 2 year old decided to "play" with my cherished pair of Birds and snapped an arm - I was so happy to hear that instead of just having to buy a replacement, Birds have a repair service. They came back as good as new.! Birds do really standout from the rest of the "flock".”
