I am sorry that the Mini Champions Football table was smaller than you had expected. The dimension's are within the details of the product; the game is a table top game for young children aged 3 years and over measuring 32.5 x 31 x 10cm.
If you where disappointed in the product you received it would be great if you could have emailed us at hello@binkyshop.co.uk. We would have been able to advise a more suitable gift, or address your concerns about the size of the mini football table.
What I have done is placed a note on your account to hold the returns window open for you, just incase your Grandson is not happy with the gift, and we will happily arrange from there.
I do hope that apart from the size of the Mini Football Table you are where both happy with the quality of the product and the service you received from us. More so that your Grandson enjoy's his gift, I'm sure he will, it is one of our best selling games for young children.

I would have returned it but I ordered it in time for Christmas as a gift for my nephew. This was disappointing.
The other items were of a lovely quality and good know they were made with sustainable materials. A little bit pricey but none-the-less a good purchase.”

I am so sorry you where not happy with the quality of the football table. Please can you send photos of the issue? I can assure you it would not have been used as we do not have a retail space and moreover we have not received returns of this product. That said if it was not in perfect contrition on return it would not have been placed back in our stock.
If there is an issue with the product you have received please allow us to put it right, as we would hate for you to receive something that is not perfect!
