“Find the item, order and they deliver fast - what's not to like? Ordered some very small items , so P&P outweighed the cost in many respects, which I knew and accepted. However, would suggest this be something to look at as a company - packaging probably went overboard for what was ordered - but that's only a 'green' improvement they could make.”

Hi Paul, Thank you for the feedback. We always encourage our customers to provide this positively and negatively so we can ultimately improve the experience for our customers. Regarding the website, we are continuously reviewing this to make it more user friendly wherever possible. For our Material Handling division we are actually designing and launching a completely brand new site in the near future with the aim to make it very easy for the customer to search for a product matching their requirements. Hi Andrew, we apologise for the delay in your order and also the miscommunication throughout the process. Following receipt of this review we escalated the issue to ensure the goods were delivered the following day. I hope despite the initial issues you were happy with the physical product.
