“I've been really impressed with Big Furniture Warehouse and would definitely order from them again. Their items are reasonably priced and communication in relation to delivery has been excellent. Even their delivery team are brilliant and took great care whilst in my property when delivering a wardrobe I'd ordered. They were so helpful and friendly. “I bought a Kingsize grey bedframe, and it arrived with no phone call or date, just as well I was in. The box it came in was damaged, I did ask for it to be taken back only to be told he just delivered and didn't take the item back so he took a pic of the box. There were 3 pieces damaged that we emailed as there was no phone number, got a response within 2 days and are now waiting on the 3 pieces to be delivered.”

“I love the two draws I ordered and I am thinking about ordering another one of the small set of draws. Unfortunately the top of the 6 draw set was damaged, I requested a replacement which was quickly sent out. Again the second top was damaged. I have sent another request for a replacement top. Other from that I do love both sets of draws and every other parts are perfect and very well made. Copy of email sent Hi BFW I have received my replacement top for my large set of draws which is also damaged at the front, can you organise a replacement and ask for it to be double checked before sending out please. The small draws I ordered are perfect and when the large draws are sorted out I am thinking of ordering another set. See below emails and photos. Thank you. Claire Wood 07766746811”
