“Firstly would recommend, item was fairly priced & is ideal now erected. Delivery keeps you well informed and contact with customer service was excellent and helpful about a missing part which was replaced without a hitch. Deserves the 5 stars”

“Black weatherproof bistro set started to rust after 4 days. Offered 20% refund to keep it or dismantle and repackage it for a full refund. I’ve already paid someone to assemble it and the rust has stained my newly laid patio. Will never use this website again.”

“We had an issue with delivery but BFW were brilliant sorting it out. We ordered a kitchen table and benchers. They were very easy to put together the instructions are clear and the diagrams in the booklet are very good the table and benchers are heavy and good quality. Thank you BFW for all your help Mr and Mrs Laven.”

“Our furniture arrived but it wasn't the correct colour. Nothing like the photos. The chairs were supposed to be grey but in actual fact they were a dull green. Our dining room is all grey so we have had to paint the chairs adding more cost”
