“1 unit was damaged, The 6 cube storage unit, and 8 canvas baskets are great but the staircase 6 cube unit was damaged in 2 corners, 1 panel was dirty, which wouldn’t clean, I had to paint, shame because lovely units.”

“Order dealt with and arrived to timescale given. However the package was damaged and there was a little damage to the corner of the top. There is also some spots that have not been painted properly. The unit is fine and looks lovely and the problems do not stop our enjoyment of the unit. We have rectified them with treatments we already had and the little sachet of paint given. Would buy from big furniture warehouse again.”

“purchased lancaster study desk grey two of the drawer bottoms brocken sent email on the 31.3.23 stating this got a email back saying some one would get in touch with me in the next 48 hours thats nearly 2 weeks ago still not heard any thing .what am i supossed to do with them? want some more furnture from you as i think it is good value for the price of it but need to get this sorted first”

“Arrived ok and on time. The box had been taped up so was a little wary - the centre plastic piece connecting the two back panels was missing, so I was right to be wary. Luckily, it didn't really affect the build-up, just an annoyance. All went together as per instructions and I was pleased with the unit after assembly. I paid double this price for another unit from a different manufacturer; the unit was of a better quality, but not twice the quality as reflected in the price. I would buy again - looks very nice in situ.”
