“Ordering was easy, confirmation of order/dispatch went well, delivery came when I was at work but Yodel tried again the next day (Saturday) which was great. Very happy with furniture. Bought 4 shoe cabinets. Easy to put up. All the pieces were included. Very happy with purchase. Will use Big Furniture Warehouse again. Thank you.”

“Purchased a shoe storage unit for £69.99. Arrived really quickly. Good value for the money and looks good. Hoped to be able to get a couple of pairs of chunky ankle boots in there but sadly too shallow and also no good for hubby's footwear. However, filled the space easily with my own flats and daintier shoes. Hope it stays in good condition as likely to be used a fair bit. Thank you Big Furniture Warehouse.... I would buy from you again.”

Please accept our apologies for this, unfortunately from time to time parcels do get lost in the courier network of which we have no control over, our customer service team work closely with the couriers to try and locate the parcels but it isn't always successful, I completely understand your disappointment in this instance. “My wife wanted a new set of drawers and she settled on 2 camden tall boys. They arrived pretty quickly although one of the boxes was split but nothing was damaged. Upon inspection the boxes contained a bag of screws and accessories for putting them together. First thing I noticed was the handles were the wrong ones so I contacted Big Furniture Warehouse who sent out the correct ones. Also both bags were short on screws and cam locks which luckily I have plenty. Once up, the drawer sets look very nice but I think that quality control is lacking. Maybe inspect before sending out. I can honestly say in over 30 years of building flat packs that this has definitely put me off buying flat packs ever again.”
