“Had been looking for chairs with a more modern look to replace "traditional" armchairs .Came across tub chairs that were considerably cheaper than others I'd seen . The delivery was on time and the chairs were well packaged . The quality of the fabric and the stitching was much better than I'd expected so that was a bonus . Chairs are sturdy and comfortable . My only gripe is that the cushions aren't removable - entirely my own fault though , I should have read the spec properly .”

The only feedback I would have would be to include more information on dispatch and delivery, as we had no confirmation of dispatch nor anticipated delivery date, which is pretty standard on most online retailers.”

“The product was fine but it did not arrive on time, in fact it was over a week late being delivered and only after chasing several times. No one contacted me to let me know, we had to keep chasing. We were promised notification of delivery before arrival, and that never came. The item was eventually dumped on the doorstep, they didnt even ring the bell. Product good. Delivery zero. No idea who it was delivered by.”

You should have received a SMS or email notification providing an estimated 2 hour delivery time frame window, we're sorry if you didn't receive this. “Delivery made on appointed day. However there is some damage to the contents of the box which had been ripped open. Waiting for response from BFW re claim Have spoken to BFW since 18th July. BFW offered 10% refund (£9.90) for a damaged product. We rejected this and asked for the product to be collected and a full refund, we offerd to respray the product if the paint cost was refunded. Decline by BFW BFW have collected the item via courier but no refund as yet? Have no recieved an 'E' Mail from BFW sgtating we have not replied to BFW. Apppears the left hand does not know what the right hand is doing?”

“We wanted a metal garden bench to complement our newly installed patio. Having canceled our order with another supplier due to their incompetence, we ordered a similar one from Big Furniture Warehouse, as it happens at half the price. The correct model arrived on time and in perfect condition. We were pleased also with the ease with which it could be assembled. In a few minutes, we were sitting on our new bench enjoying the sunshine. What's not to love? Great work guys.”
