“The website was easy to use giving clear options with cost implications as each is considered. Delivery was earlier than predicted. The resulting banner exceeds my expectations. This is the second time that I have used Big Art and Banners and will use them again without hesitation.”

“Banners were good quality, although not much care had been taken with the trimming on the back for hemming, was all over the place. Also the fade on one of the images hadn't printed for some reason? So just came out as a solid image, luckily the customer hasn't complained as of yet.. Otherwise good product and we've had mesh banners from you guys before which were great.”

“Good product but poor delivery communication. The item was not delivered on time. When I enquired where it was, BigArt contacted Fedex who said that the delivery time was a week later than stated on my order. If that was the case the order should have specified the later delivery time. In fact, the item was delivered a day later than scheduled, so the information Fedex supplied to BigArt when BigArt enquired was also incorrect. I suggest you review your account with Fedex, because if they are giving you one date but working to another it undermines what you are saying to customers about delivery times. If the banner had arrived a week later, our event would have been ruined and I don't know whether you would have accepted to refund us for the miscommunication about delivery time.”

Unfortunately, this is out of our control once we dispatch your order, and we do state on our website that this can happen and we communicated this to you with same-day responses.
