“Large foamex logo banner did not arrive next day pre-12 as promised despite paying for both next day AND pre-12 pricing and it being the only reason it was ordered. It actually arrived 2 days later! I was told it was human error when placing courier order and offered a goodwill gesture of a full refund but not even an apology or acknowledgement the impact it had on our video shoot which left a sour taste.”

“We use Big Art on for all our board printing and continue to have a very positive experience at a very reasonable price for a quality product. “After having the sign resent for being incorrect, this new sign was also not what I asked for as two A3 signs were attached as one big one, rather than cut to size as I ordered”

“Designing the banner was very easy as any size can e chosen rather than fixed templates. Well worth having the design checked as part of the service as I'd made an error that was spotted and quickly rectified. Print quality on the 3m x 1m banner was excellent and looks fantastic and very eye catching. The prepared eyelet holes made putting it up very straight forwards. Delighted with the service, communication and product.”
