“Print was very good and as expected, however delivery was two weeks overdue. Ordered on 16/12/22 for delivery on 21/12/22, our artwork was eventually delivered on 04/01/23.”

We dispatched this on 20/12/22 on a next day service, however I can see that there were delays in the courier system which are unfortunately beyond our control. Hi Gareth, I can see that you were charged our standard artwork fee of £10+VAT, this applies to all orders where customers cannot provide print ready artwork, for example Word documents.
