“Mixed review, in the one hand the order process was very good, however, the courier selected has still not delivered the banner to our client so I can't speak to the quality.”

“I purchased a banner, and unfortunately the delivered product was slightly incorrect. As soon as I raised the issue, I couldn't fault the customer service who were exceptionally responsive, helpful and resolved the issue without fuss and very quickly. I will definitely place further business with Big Art Banners”

“I'm very impressed with the service and quality of the printing. The website was a bit clunky for uploading multiple images so I just emailed the images. The response was very swift and efficient as was the dispatch. I'm very impressed and will be putting more business their way.”

“I used big art and banners for some wedding signs. I ordered very last minute but the customer service was fantastic. I was contacted next day with a review of the artwork and amendments that needed to be made. The signs were with me within a week. Would definitely recommend.”
