“Had no problems, though having both deliveries a day earlier than indicated was good and bad news. Good news as it showed how efficient things worked. Bad news, both were gifts so arrived early and on a day I wasn't around in clear packaging which meant the person saw their gifts!”

Thank you for your review. Pleased to hear your orders arrived promptly although sorry this spoilt the surprise! We do our best to help with packaging to avoid this issue where we can but, unfortunately, this isn't currently possible for all products. We will look at this further for future.

“I purchase the lovely Biddies 5 cider and apple juice Pink Love from Biddendens on a regular basis. All Delicious 😋 Also i telephone my order and the staff are so friendly and helpful. And I have it delivered to my house.The service is excellent.”

“I am sucker for a biddies no 5 ciders, purchase a crate on a pretty regular basis. The cider is amazing my only criticism, the cost . Biddenden don’t operate any sort of discounts or customer loyalty scheme like some other stockists. If this was available I certainly would purchase a lot more regularly.”

“Great place - great products. I order a wine selection for delivery. The delivery was quick. Only one thing - would appreciate the ability to add a card as this was a gift.”

“Ordered a juice set and bottle of pear juice separately. They charged me for pear juice but it wasn't in the delivery box. The courier they used also left the box under the bushes despite showing a picture of it being on our doorstep and said someone had signed for it when no one was in. Juices themselves were ok.”
