I've had my Bibo Classic for quite a few years now. It has been excellent over this time and have had no real issues with it. I love the convenience of cold filtered and hot water on tap. Installation is straightforward and is easily acheived by yourself. Replacement cartridges and UV Lamps are a little expensive but well worth it for the quality of water they supply and the convenience.

Although we have had the dispenser for less than a week, I plumbed it in at the weekend and when I switched it on, a message came up with “filter removed” so I checked out the filter and there it was. I removed it and replaced it making sure it was tightly replaced. Switched it off and on again and went through the same process several times and waited til today to ring them as the message remained on the screen. As we had lost our previous water filter to fit this one, we had no filtered water so I requested either a replacement sent immediately or a maintenance operative coming as I have three children who I don’t wish them to drink unfiltered water. All I was just offered was someone taking three to five days before they came. Is it not reasonable that after spending a considerable amount on a product, it is expected to work or it gets sorted straight away? I requested the maintenance department contact me straight away but still haven’t received a call after 6 hours - and when I ring the company, which I have done several times since, for some peculiar reason the call is not picked up…

We could not be more delighted with our purchase of the BIBO classic. It’s sleek, neat, easy to operate and simple to self install. Delivery was next day by courier and was followed up by a phone call to tell us about the extended warranty which is a no brainer at the price. We have signed up to the 6 months filter/cleaner/uv package as it takes away having to remember! We are looking forward to many years of usage.

Firstly the customer service has been brilliant! Friendly, helpful and informative. The installer was also friendly! The Bibo machine itself is incredible quality and super easy to use. I love the chilled filtered water and my partner is making good use of the instant hot water. Amazing service, amazing product! What’s not to love?!

We wanted something for our new offices that provided clean hot and cold water on demand that looked elegant within the space, and the Bibo classic certainly doesn't disappoint. Self-installation took about 20 minutes and was simple to do. It was also really nice to see a company take so much pride in their service from order to delivery, packaging and presentation. Really nice experience.

We have been a BIBO customer since 2012 & we as a family couldn’t be without our BIBO! Our original BIBO Classic has been brilliant & has only just been replaced for a new shiny one. The replacement BIBO was ordered over the phone to ensure I got the best deal as we didn’t need the installation kit as we could use the existing kit. Customer services sorted the pricing for me & also gave us the 10% discount that was on offer via FaceBook… so all-in-all, I am very happy with the price & we are a very happy family again using our lovely new BIBO 🤗👍🏼😃

It is a great asset. My husband has Essential Tremors and couldn’t manage a kettle very well, so this has been a lifesaver for him. I was filtering my water so had to out it in a filter jug before filling bottles to put in the fridge. This machine has made it so simple for me to get a glass of cold filtered water.

I’ve been a Bibo customer for nearly 10 years and have been very happy with the product and it’s reliability. I’ve always found the customer service to be exceptional whenever I’ve contacted them.

Great machine. Had it 7 years and bibo offer a thorough device where they replace loads of parts and you basically get back a virtually brand new machine.

I have been with Bibo for 9 years and the quality of the product and the service provided has been exemplary. The staff are very friendly efficient and knowledgeable. The response time and quick delivery of items required is excellent. Would highly recommend them.

Had a dreadful experience after electing to take up Bibo's offer to service our Bibo Bar (at a cost of £250). Returned late, badly packaged and broken. Follow up attempt was little better and, eventually, they sent me a refurbished unit, which the non-return valve failed on after a few weeks. Been a loyal customer for over 10 years but won't be replacing it again.

Thank you for your feedback. It is really unfortunate that since your full service over 6 months ago, we are no longer able to offer support on the BIBO Bar model. As you know, we discontinued this model back in 2019 and are now no longer able to receive parts for it to continue servicing. It looks as though you are still using your BIBO Bar, however, we do have our flagship model, the BIBO Classic, that we offer full support on if you wished to upgrade. :)

We have had a BIBO machine for a number of years now. Love how it produces instant boiling water and equally ice cold water at the press of a button. Would be lost without my BIBO
