“I have had my Bibo for a few years now and I’m very happy with it . My only criticism is the price for filters and that they are not recyclable . Also I wish there was a switch I could put it to sleep when I know I won’t be using it fir a few hours.”

Hi Jackie, Thanks so much for your feedback. Both our Maxi Filter and UV Lamp anre 100% recyclable so please do pop them in your household recycling and they will take them away! You can set your sleep mode to kick in after one hour of inactivity - please do let us know if you'd like any help getting this set up! :) BIBO HQ

“I have owned a BIBO classic for over 8 years and never had a single issue with it until a small problem arose very recently, I contacted BIBO and their customer service agent Poppy Lawrence went out of her way to discuss the issue with one of the BIBO Technicians and provided me with everything I needed to address the issue. I have never been so impressed with the customer service and I would not be without a BIBO ... they are fantastic.”

“What a brilliant machine we are so pleased with our BiBO everything tastes so much better. We have found that you don’t have to shout over it like you do with a kettle as it’s so quiet we live in a heavy limescale area and we have been though so many kettles as limescale just destroys them. We decided to rent a machine to try the experience and that we don’t have to worry about buying the filters at £25 a month I know that if we got any issues due to limescale we have peace of mind. Even our dog has taken to drinking more water so it must be fresh 🐶 👍🏻😁 We settled on the orange colour and we love it stands proud of place in our kitchen. The fella who came to fit her was polite and pleasant went though everything so impressed and ordering it was so simple once we made up our minds which took longer to do 😂 She is now part of our family that BiBO is no longer a gadget or a machine she is family just like Alexa we would be lost without her 😁👍🏻”

“Had the BIBO for 3 days , water tastes like plastic or chemical . Called support and have been advised to flush through over 2 litres per day for 1 week. Not the best start”

“Amazing product supported by fantastic customer service. I've had my Bibo machine for 5 years and its just as good now as it was on day 1. Incredibly easy to use and maintain - but delivers chilled water that tastes better than any shop brought mineral water available. On the rare occasion I've needed them their customer service is 2nd to none, extremely polite, helpful and quick to reply. I can not recommend this company and product enough - thank you for the past 5 years, and I look forward to the next 5 and beyond!”

“Excellent easy to install with kit and makes the best tasting tea as well as filtered chilled water that tastes better than bottled!! Have slight problem with drip stand have to hold it up is this Standard?”

“When I required a replacement part for the tank cleaning cartridge April at Bibo went the extra mile and arranged to send it immediately. If ever you have a query or a problem nothing is too much trouble for any of the staff at Bibo who really know what first class service is and deliver it on every occasion.”

“Wouldn’t be with out my Bibo the engineer was very helpful and he was polite and neat I had my other one for 8 years so I to get another one I’m disabled and can’t use a kettle so it’s ideal for me well done.”

“Exceptional service from Bibo. Highly recommend this company! Had an issue with my Bibo and April was at hand to help me out. Not only was she knowledgeable, but also really friendly and patient with a non technical person like myself! Shes a superstar! In addition, I had to fix a part into the bibo and was transferred to an engineer called Luke who was exceptional and patient! Fantastic service overall Bibo! Keep up the great work!”
