“Wouldn't be without our Bibo. The cleaning process is however a faff, particularly as it doesn't really seem to work and seems like we have to take it apart to clean the dispense nozzles and manifold.”

“Bibo is an incredibly helpful piece of equipment. Simply irreplaceable. Easy to operate and maintain. My teenage son uses it a lot to make tea for us both, he has been using it a lot more then a traditional kettle previously. Having Bibo machine helped us to drink more water and makes it easy to make hot drinks. I had a great experience with their customer service too. Strongly recommend Bibo machine.”

“Absolutely brilliant! It gas taken my husband nearly two years to persuade me to have one of these. I really don't know what I was worried about. I now have to admit I was wrong. To have hot and cold water on tap is great. I particularly like The colour which looks good in our kitchen.”

“This is a fantastic unit. A little bit bigger than I imagined it, but we absolutely love it. Fantastic customer service when enquiring with Mim, a quiet but efficient installation person attended, and we are more than happy to recommend this to family and friends. Fantastic investment if water is a big part of your life. We couldn't be happier.”

“The equipment works well most of the time. However, I think the spares are expensive and we shouldn't need to have an annual contract to maintain the system.”

“After installation hiccup, which was remedied in full by the excellent customer service team, I’m pleased to say I’m an owner of the Bibo system. The team are fantastic, as is the product. Set the timer for on/off right away to save pennies”

“Generally speaking the unit works well and produces hot and cold filtered water to order.The main problem I have had is difficulty removing and replacing the filter unit for descaling. I was not supplied with keys for either the Filter itself which needs to be removed for descaling or for the cleaning cartridge.”

“Very pleased with the machine and installation. Please note that when you enter a 'lease' agreement the machine provided could be a refurbished machine. Ours arrived with some damage and a very dirty water tray but customer service was outstanding in sending replacements out.”

“Love the water and Bibo, but had problems with the hot water tank cleaner. The filter has a cap which is supposed to be removed by an allan key, but the key doesn’t fit the hole properly. After trying for several minutes the cap just sheered off and I couldn’t get it open.”

“It's funny I am giving a review even before getting my bibo yet. Mim the agent I spoke to some time back was excellent at advice. I will be getting my BIBO as soon as possible and be back for review on the machine”
