wasn't very clear on what had to be ordered for hot tank cleaning. I purchased the two bottles cleaning fluid only to find out , once I had found instructions online, that I actually need to order the cleaning pack that contains the cleaning cartridge. Without which you can't clean the tank. So another £40 to spend still I will have 4 years worth of cleaning fluid. Please make it clearer which one you need to purchase if it is your first time.

We love our BIBO. We had the bar model which was suitable for couples but upgraded to the larger model as there’s not much difference in size and we can get a lot more hot water before it needs to reheat. It only takes seconds to heat and puts itself to sleep when not used for a while. The cold water is filtered which is great now we’ve stopped buying plastic, we just fill our own bottles. I have given it 4/5 just because of the cost of the filters and light which have to be changed yearly. The after service is great. We have had a BIBO for about 8 years and I can’t think of my kitchen without one now.

Love my BIBO had one now for about. 2 years at this address and 2 years at my old address. The only thing I can say is because I live in a hard water area it’s more expensive to keep it cleaned out and the water filters and lights are quite expensive too

Very good company with good customer service, My only gripe is that my yearly filters purchased on direct debit seem to come later than the year.

Hi sometimes my hot water button don’t turn off just the top hot button if it wasn’t for that I would be totally happy it would be great It’s very expensive to run £100 a year and wouldnt be easy for my wife to service. Mr Storey

I bought my Bibo to remove the Chlorine from our drinking water, which it did very well. The Bibo itself looks great and having hot/boiling water all the time is very useful

Very convenient to have hot and chilled water to hand but the cleaning fluids are expensive and it needs frequent de-scaling. When this cost is taken into account it does look pricey!

We’ve owned a Bibo Classic for 5 years +, we love it and wouldn’t be without it. Unfortunately, we live in a hard water area, so find that we need to descale it at least twice yearly or it leaks. We do keep a back up kettle for the times when we have to decommission the hot water while waiting for the descaler to arrive. Saying that parts always arrive quickly. We have had to fit replacement parts like a hot water tank and these have been easy to do with the instructions provided. It would be nice if Bibo offered loyalty incentives from time to time as I would really like to update the look of my machine with some new panels, but as there is absolutely nothing wrong with the current ones I can’t justify it.

They always have good service and make a quick delivery. However, I couldn’t give 5 stars because the prices keep going up and that means in order to maintain my machine, I’m presently spending nearly £100/yr (filters and descaling fluid)!

Water is fine but it's not the easiest thing to reprogramme after fitting a new filter. Wish it was simpler.

I've had my Bibo Classic for just over four years but it has recently given some trouble and I have just found water pouring from somewhere under the unit. I made a call to arrange for a repair but was given an appointment two weeks hence. I do not believe this is acceptable but we customers are a captive market for expensive spares for filters, bulbs and descaling chemicals and any subsequent maintenance or repairs. So caveat emptor. Having said that, I did like it but should it fail again, I would decommission it and bring back my Bosch variable temperature controlled kettle and my trusty filter jug. I'm afraid it is a case of not bye, bye kettle but go buy kettle.

We love our Bibo machine, We live in a hard water area and Bibo gives us lovely clear water, both hot and cold at the touch of a button. It is more expensive to run than we first anticipated, but it is worth the expense. We have been unlucky with the machine leaking quite often, but the after sales service was quick to respond, and the lovely Gary turns up like a knight in shinning armour and fixes it. The extended warranty is essential, but our machine is out of warranty now, however, Bibo did not charge for the last call out, which we think was excellent service. We would prefer it not to be so expensive to run, especially as Gary has now advised us to descale it three times a year instead of just twice, it is still worth it to get a decent cup of coffee and tea, and most importantly no more bottled water.
