“Good security. Site is well maintained with good access to containers. Had a problem with fingerprint entry causing a delay in accessing the site. This was resolved quickly & without fuss.”

“I have number of containers at their Ross-on-Wye site storing various personal and work items. I have found the team to very professional and helpful. To get 5*s I would want to see flood lighting installed as I often visit at the beginning and end of the day and in winter months it can be a bit dark, however I appreciate that with such a big site that's not possible. Would recommend.”

“The site is clean and easy to access. Security is adequate to good, given the out-of-the-way location. The container is dehumidified from time to time, which for long-term storage is absolutely vital. The staff are extremely friendly, pleasant and helpful.”

I went through some very difficult circumstances during my unintentionally overlong tenure of a unit and James, the MD, couldn't have been more understanding and accommodating. I would heartily recommend using them.”

“We used the services of Beyond Storage during our house move. On the day of the move out of our old house we found that we needed further storage capacity at very short notice and the team at Beyond Storage were extremely helpful in providing us with the extra space. The storage containers were dry and clean and each had de-humidifying units to keep the space aired. The security to the site and containers was excellent with CCTV and gates with fingerprint access control. I cannot fault the facilities and staff.”

“We have used Beyond Storage for nearly three years. We were so lucky to find them. We currently have 2 containers, both beautifully lined, clean, atmosphere controlled with electricity - all included in the monthly rental. The price is very competitive, the site is clean and easily accessible and security is first class - thumb print technology and cctv. We have recommended Beyond Storage to family and friends and would strongly recommend them others. Communication has always been excellent and we have no hesitation in giving them a five star rating.”
