“clear and concise and excellent customer services. However a few suggestions whether they are possible or not 1. Set up a reward for recommending new customers that sign up using your e-mail as a referral i.e £5/£10 free bet. 2.Add Leagues to MY MARKETS as its a pain having to go back to Exchange football home to select a new league especially if its not in the top competitions list, doing this would enable customers to access their preferred leagues from MY MARKETS on the last market they visited.I personnally use 10 leagues and its very time consuming also by doing this BF can analyse customers preferred leagues 3.As i keep records, it also time consuming entering the odds to aid in filtering my system spreadsheets. Can BF set it up that the odds for each market can be downloaded at the time of viewing into .csv or excel or even just the odds for match odds for each leagues fixtures for that day ( copy and pasting only puts the info vertically into excel not horizontally across the cells ). If there is a way of doing this, i do not know about it but would like to be informed of such way if it exists.”
