“Their promotions and offers are good. They have a lack of streamed matches however and their scoreboards on sports such as Darts are non-existent meaning you have to leave the app to see the score. The wait time for an agent needs to be improved as it states 30 seconds yet the current average is 5 minutes”

“Handled my issue with a deposit issue quickly, and very fast in getting to speak to someone in live chat in the first place. I've been on other sites where it's very annoying bevause it's hard to actually speak to someone, you try to and it says agent away/unavailable or on sites where you can't do live chat, the exception being pokerstars, although you can't live chat(which is fair enough because they're so huge) they always respond quickly via e-mail.”
