Have been a Betfair customer for over 5 years started doing the daily prize pinball promotion which is free to use in December and by the beginning of February I was no longer eligible for any promotions a decision they had made because I had been lucky enough to win on occasion. When I questioned this I was advised it was a business decision. The company are quite happy to take your money but if you happen to win on a regular basis on promotions they give you to keep you spending money they try to stop you

Betfair closed my account with around 5k$ for two months ago for no reason. I have played poker there almost every day the last 6 months and donated also some on sportsbetting. When I asked them why, they told me they needed me to verify my account with documents. I`ve sent them everything they needed right away, and they told me everything is fine beside they also needed me to verify my adress which I also did. After that its IMPOSSIBLE to get any more help. I have tried to speak with live support like 10 times and they just tell me to wait since there is nothing more they can help me with. Now its gone over a month since Ive heard anything. I have also answered the last mail where they confirmed they got my documents several times, but there is no answer to get. I am so sad and frustrated over this lack of support. I simply dont know how to get help. For me this is shocking that they can treat customers like this. Do someone know how there is possible to get any kind of help with this? With the hand on my heart I can say that I have done nothing wrong, and there is no way reason to close my account. Best regards, Jon

This was the betting site i was using when I got to knew my best fixed match supplier. I met Ity_tipster on Instagram through quora some months ago and he was a really good and bold step which I'm grateful for right now. This ity_tipster uses Instagram and he's an absolute shock to my prior pessimistic knowledge about fixed games. He’s been supplying me games, and his games are absolutely free. You should check him out on Instagram.

Easy to take thousands of pounds and as soon as you withdraw any amount the account is frozen or limited. Good game play if you have credit but then all goes very quickly. Customer service takes longer than other sites and few bonuses. They play the you have a gambling problem and they are looking after you card very quickly if you start clawing back the money. Such a shame as plenty to choose from to start with but then went down hill. Too many questions asked to keep me trusting of the site. Customer services obviously had scripts to read. Don’t touch if you have plenty to gamble but ok if you can just do the odd tenner or so

Appalling customer service. When something goes wrong or a wrongly settled bet (even for just £27) goes wrong they don’t want to know, blame their customer, expect video proof and then hangup the web chat I’d spend two hours on?! Closing my account, requesting all my data to be removed and never again.

Absolute disgrace, I place a bet in running on the basketball only 5 minutes had passed in the game, still 3 quarters and 5 minutes to go, I bet over 160.5 points in the match, bet365 were offering 162.5. By the end of the 2nd quarter they were offering under or over 156.5 points, so now I'm in a losing situation. The end result was 81-89 total 170 points, Boom you've won it says in my account, but no winnings, 15 minutes later they refunded my stake. I've spent days on end raising my complaint, the response from the customer manager is that there was a Technical issue, and there was never suppose to be a market for that match. (ABSOLUTE JOKE)!!! I informed them that I didn't believe that to be true, but all the same you should of suspended the market, and refunded my stake straight away to avoid any confusion. instead they continued to offer betting on the match, I watched the whole game hoping to win, not realising though i was in a no win situation!! I'm asking myself is this a scam?? Is this a way of them allowing the game to finish to see if the result went in their favour and if I did It would of been a losing bet? But if I win... Which I did, they just simply return my stake and blame it on a technical issue.

Stay well WELL clear of ALL live roulette I have witnessed so many scam spins over the YEARS and my good vision does not lie to me. How very strange that in some spins the ball would bounce around like a hyperactive puppy on steroid's then finally land in it's destination number, then just a few spins later the ball is now being SUCKED in to it's destination like it's SUDDENLY been repossessed. No your eyes are not playing tricks on you and you are not hallucinating it's just DOWN RIGHT CHEATING for the purpose of the house winning the biggest slice, technology software working out where the ball needs to land and YES someone won, lots won BUT the GREEDY CHEATING House won the most and You were not on that section. Be careful people OR YOU WILL be PUNISHED. My free advice to you all is this, IF you simply MUST PLAY then RECORD RECORD RECORD That way those weird looking spins can be uploaded onto You Tube and those GREEDY Casinos can be ''exposed'' for being Cheats.

Thank you Betfair for keeping the US presidential election market open for so long. It allowed me the time to raid my savings account of £400,000 and plough it onto Biden. It is the best market I’ve ever been involved in since I opened my Betfair account. The £25k winnings I got from deluded Trump backers paid for a wonderful Christmas holiday to Barbados.

Shouldn’t be settling US election on projected electors. The bet stated was next US president. Projected electors would be fine if Biden becomes President if not it’s misleading and doesn’t represent original bet. Also there’s duelling electors.

What they did in 2020 election has got to be illegal! Betfair, I did NOT bet on the ‘projected winner’. I bet on the winner-this mean the person to be inaugurated in January. So why have u taken my money? I am shocked & disgusted!

I placed a bet on the 2020 US Presidential election and this election is in its DUE PROCESS meaning that the outcome is NOT called yet. Betfair obscured from the bet proposition that it would settle the market on the candidate that had the most projected Electoral College votes... SCAM SCAM SCAM!

You settled the US 2020 presidential election prematurely and against your own rules. As dueling electors has been sent to washington from contested states, the majority of electors votes will not be official until january 6th in congress. A ”projected majority” has been expressed since november 3d by the media. Therefore you broke your own terms as you stated november 27th that all legal battles need to be settled and official result be ”clear”, following procedure by the 12th amendment. Lawsuits are still pending. Expect some against you if Trump wins on constitutional grounds. As you had to pay back for your too early settlements on Hillary-bets 2016, you will have to pay this one back also.

The way they handled the US election market, the biggest in their history, was an absolute shambles.

The current Election 2020 is still going but Betfair is playing Unfair. They already picked Biden as their winner. But there is no winner unless the President is inaugurated at 2021. And mark my word it is going to be Trump and I will come for my money! They said they will wait until all pending cases are solved but they didn't. Don't bet on these sites. They made the same mistake in 2016 and had to pay out. Now in 2021 they will have to pay out even more!
