“The sample piece did not match the colouring of the larger flooring sent however as the contractor had already installed this prior to us checking the item, there was no recourse from our part. Quality of the flooring was great but would recommend colour matching the sample to the actual piece”

“Arrived promptly. Quality vinyl. My only issue is my own fault which is that I didn't request a sample first. One vinyl was very different from the picture on line. I therefore would be more likely to use a local store where I can see the flooring.”

Website images are included to represent how the product might look in a particular setting but there are so many factors that change how that same flooring might look in your home. A website image can appear completely different on one device/computer screen to another. The lighting on the lifestyle photo could be artificial lighting from a studio or it could be natural lighting from an actual installation We do our best to provide great images and our customers send in lovely snaps to help you choose too, but sending off for a sample means you get to feel the texture, examine the quality and colour match against the rest of your decor and colour scheme. “I’m sure that this is maybe out of your hands, but after delivery update to 1st Oct, time “by end of day”, I was informed of delay, so having waited in all day I was told (after 6pm) it would be the following day. Once again it said by end of day. Again no delivery. The following day delivery was advised as between 10 and 2pm. It arrived around 3pm. I spent 2 and a half days waiting in for my goods, and for that I paid just under £15 postage. (The item was only around £20). It may be the issue was with UPS, but they are your chosen carriers and I feel it was very poor service from them.”

“The sample was a decent size, the quality of the laminate was very good and just what I was looking for. Even offered a 5% discount. However didn’t go through with purchase and I only needed two boxes (for a small area in the house) and the total was ~£50 and they wanted £30 delivery charge on top. I ended up going to a local homebase and paid ~£55 for something very similar. That said, if I want a larger amount in the future then I will definitely consider this company.”

“dear sir or madam, i was discussing the floors but the line got disconnected but no one called me back. i was planning on buy a large amount. no one called me back, it seems your company dont like to talk to people and want everything done on line. which i feel is unfair. thank you”

“We received the vinyl yesterday and unpacked it today to find it was split in 2 places so it's unusable can you replace it please we will send the damaged one back please advise by return”

“Product great. Good value. Delivery poor. I emailed to advise on the restricted access to my property and the specific van not to use. Not sure where the fault lay but the delivery company used the wrong sized van and hence failed to deliver. I spent 3 hours on phone calls sorting it out and had to wait until the next day for the delivery in a smaller van. A needless waste of time all round.”

“Items sent out speedily and well packaged. My only complaint was that the vinyls were textured despite the listing showing otherwise therefore doesn't earn 5 stars. Would recommend obtaining a sample if this is a concern. Other than that service was good.”

“Delayed order confirmation due to non adaptive inventory ordering system. No one called but sent email which I didn’t see. Did not feel like a valued customer when made an enquiry. Worst delivery method and collectively uncustomary. I am happy with the product but worst transaction experience.”

“Haven’t put flooring down yet but seems good quality so happy with it. But if you keep using DX as the delivery service you’re going to lose customers, I was going to buy Lino for the kitchen too from your company but will be going elsewhere now so that I don’t have to deal with DX again. Paid for quicker delivery and it took a week with a lot of being messed around so not happy”

“Ocean painted wood vinyl flooring was ripping like tissue paper my fitter said worse one he has ever laid, the company and delivery was fantastic and I loved the design which went well with my kitchen. The bathroom vinyl we did not have a problem with at all but a different pattern, thank you”
