“Your service and efficiency really impressed me. I am looking for a flooring which should be darker than the sample you sent me. I wonder whether you have the same pattern but darker ones. Please inform me if you have something like the photo I uploaded in stock.”

“I only ordered a sample which was delivered very quickly. Unfortunately, the sample was not a match for my kitchen units. I would recommend to a friend, but as I explained, my purchase did not go any further than receiving the sample.”
