“I sent for a sample of flooring which arrived well within the allotted time, together with a discount when ordering. Sadly, this time the shade was not correct for room required. This company has an extensive range of different types of flooring, shades etc.”

“Difficult to adequately describe how terrible this company is. They do not ( and probably have no intention ) answer their phone. To put it into perspective I’ve spent 3 hours waiting for the phone to be answered on several occasions. They do not respond to emails in a timely fashion ie they respond in 5 days. No intention of placing an order with this company. How can a business operate this way? Complete time wasters, they’ve wasted over 4 hours of my time”

“In urgent need of vinyl for bathroom floor, ordered ‘blind’ but having perused customer reviews and photos and was not disappointed! Fast next day delivery, good quality and reasonably priced. B4F have a much more interesting choice of product than most other suppliers.”
