“Although the courier mis sorted my flooring so it arrived a day late, and had managed to damage the packaging quite significantly the flooring was undamaged. Before opening I took photos and contacted the company via email and telephone. The lady I spoke to was very helpful, curtious, apologetic and responsive. No need to worry as the product was fine. Looking forward to getting it down in the bathroom. So much cheaper to buy from them rather than overpriced high street stores, where I found the product. Would definitely buy from them again despite the courier service.”
