“Although I only asked for a sample of flooring, the service I received was too notch . The sample arrived in a couple of days and we're amazed at the size of it ..it was big enough to see what our room would look like , should we decide to follow on with this type of flooring... We received another sample of a competitor flooring supplier and the size of the sample they sent was comical,it was so small we couldn't get any idea of the scale of the pattern of the flooring we were looking at ...so thanks for your larger , workable sample 👍”

“I've replaced both my kitchen floor 20m² and my girlfriend's kitchen floor 10m² with Universal Click LVT. Both arrived well-packed in perfect condition. I did use the online calculator to order and yes I've a couple of boxes left over BUT I was completely miserly in using off-cuts as much as possible.”

“the sample did not help as i wanted the whole patern not just the outside bit i needed to see the middle as it was the colour of the dark one in the middle that iwas expecting to see. i cannot coment on how good they are as i have not ordered anything”
