“Really happy with product. I had been looking and requesting samples for a wood effect herringbone vinyl floor from other companies, but this was the best. I would have liked to request a sample for it, but this was not available. In the end I ordered the minimum order - 1.5m x 2m - to see what it was like. Luckily I will be ordering more and so can use the small piece that I ordered for sampling. If a sample had been available I would have given 5 out of 5 stars, instead of 4.”

“Quick and easy. Flooring samples delivered quickly-so useful to assist choice in current climate. Ordered delivered equally quickly and whilst not laid yet, product quality is good.”

“Samples came swiftly. Unfortunately we were looking for a thicker vinyl flooring for our cold bathroom, so we didn’t go through the ordering process this time. But we are doing the kitchen next so will be back soon”

“Although I had trouble with the delivery of the flooring, as the house number was incorrect I am very surprised that the delivery company made no effort to contact me by the telephone number supplied with the delivery note.”

“Unfortunately we have not recieved our order as it appears the delivery company TNT have lost out parcel l. The order was sent in good time but am now having huge problems with the delivery this is no fault of the company”

“The tiles are beautiful, but there was quite a wait for them as they went out of stock while my order was being processed. In the meantime the best4flooring team were great at letting me know as they were updated, and didn't see to get too annoyed at my weekly check-ins.”

“Incredibly helpful chat operator. Spent a lot of time with me late in the evening trying to get what was needed. Then i discovered I was looking at the wrong size tile altogether (my fault completely) and unfortunately you didn't have the smaller version for walls. Shame because i would definitely have bought from you with such super helpful staff.”
