“Online order arrived on time, however, on opening the roll of vinyl on the day we had booked a fitter for, we discovered transit damage. As this was just before lockdown we did not have time to re-order and rearrange a new fitting date. Our fitter managed to lay the flooring but he had to do so placing a join instead of in a whole piece. I contacted the company's customer services and we were issued with a small refund.”

“Thankyou for being so prompt delivering my samples. I have chosen two vinyls but will have to wait till im able to move to my new property . Very happy with selection and prices.”
