“Best 4 flooring sent me samples as requested, did not bombard me with emails, sent my ordered flooring on the day requested. I found some flooring I liked at discount ( clearance) price. It seems to be good quality and very good value.”

“Paid extra for Express Delivery but after ordering was told by courier that it would be delivered between 5.15pm and 7.15 pm.... so not the next working day. So I made arrangements to be at new house in that time slot only to find they delivered at 3.22pm. Just as well some workmen were still there to receive it. Not happy with the service at all.”

“Vinyl excellent. Delivery on time. Company forgot to enclose 2 adhesives and a roll of tape. As indicated thought they would be in the centre of the roll but were not there. Requested refund of these products by e-mail as couldn’t wait as floor was being laid the day after delivery date. Very efficient service with regard to refund and apologies Thank you. Customer service was a definite 10/10. Would definitely use the company again.”

“A ridiculous and quite obscene rip-off surcharge for delivery to Aberdeenshire, beside Royal Deeside, under the false claim that this address is somehow an 'extremity' , followed by the arrival of badly damaged vinyl which had to be rejected due to rips right through the middle of the roll. Followed by complete absence of any kind of communication regarding the returned damaged goods, even nine days later. Poor performance on every count from sale to delivery to after-sales service. I am left without flooring right through the festive season and indeed without the slightest clue as to where that vinyl is now and when I can expect replacement or refund. Hopefully by sometime next year!”

“firstly, they charge an extortionate extra fee for delivery to the centre of Aberdeenshire claiming this is an 'extremity' - this is daylight robbery. Then they despatch a seriously damaged roll of flooring at this obscene extra charge, which I had no option but to decline - so much for having my new flooring for xmas And finally, they have not communicated with me at all about the returned damaged goods, so I have no idea where in the world it is or if I will get a refund or replacement or what, and no idea of when the matter will be resolved. This has been a hugely distressing experience, I am a disabled pensioner without the means to get the required flooring elsewhere while this company dithers around doing nothing to solve the issue..”

“Postage costs are excessive at their cheapest and have to book a slot in the following week. Slightly damaged once unpacked but I could hide that and decided it wasn't worth the hassle of sending back and replacing.”
