A ridiculous and quite obscene rip-off surcharge for delivery to Aberdeenshire, beside Royal Deeside, under the false claim that this address is somehow an 'extremity' , followed by the arrival of badly damaged vinyl which had to be rejected due to rips right through the middle of the roll. Followed by complete absence of any kind of communication regarding the returned damaged goods, even nine days later. Poor performance on every count from sale to delivery to after-sales service. I am left without flooring right through the festive season and indeed without the slightest clue as to where that vinyl is now and when I can expect replacement or refund. Hopefully by sometime next year!

firstly, they charge an extortionate extra fee for delivery to the centre of Aberdeenshire claiming this is an 'extremity' - this is daylight robbery. Then they despatch a seriously damaged roll of flooring at this obscene extra charge, which I had no option but to decline - so much for having my new flooring for xmas And finally, they have not communicated with me at all about the returned damaged goods, so I have no idea where in the world it is or if I will get a refund or replacement or what, and no idea of when the matter will be resolved. This has been a hugely distressing experience, I am a disabled pensioner without the means to get the required flooring elsewhere while this company dithers around doing nothing to solve the issue..

Difficult to adequately describe how terrible this company is. They do not ( and probably have no intention ) answer their phone. To put it into perspective I’ve spent 3 hours waiting for the phone to be answered on several occasions. They do not respond to emails in a timely fashion ie they respond in 5 days. No intention of placing an order with this company. How can a business operate this way? Complete time wasters, they’ve wasted over 4 hours of my time

Purchase two rolls 2m x 6m (hallway) and 2m x 2m (bathroom) Both were laid by a professional floor layer. After floorlayer left , I noticed a mark on my bathroom floor (which is ingrained in the vinyl) I email this company with details invoice number and explanation. I waited over a week to receive a reply from “Michelle” to state I need to submit a complaints form! Complete the complaints form as requested and waited another week for a response where I had to email again asking where is my response as stated on their website they get back within 48 hrs!!The email I finally received was abrupt and rude and basically telling me I’m a “liar” and the mark could have been done by the fitter (which wasn’t the case at all) Absolutely appalling customer service and I will never use this company again totally shambolic

Hi Robert, I'm sorry that you feel you have had bad service. We do include clear advice in our order confirmations to check your flooring for defects before fitting, as with all responsibility, we can't accept liability for visible defects after installation. If defects are spotted before installation, we can quickly rectify the issue.

Purchased tape and 35 m2 and chose express delivery. Received confirmation that items would arrive on Monday 16th Oct. It's the 20th today and nothing has arrived nor has anyone from Best4flooring contacted me in this regard. Asked for a refund as the shipment was not fulfilled. Again, no replies. Escalating complaint. How can I recommend the company to anyone based on my experience??

One star is too much, can't give any more than that as I don't have the item i ordered and paid express delivery for. The delivery driver left the item on my doorstep and signed for it him/herself and claimed that they had instruction to do so by myself via the doorbell. Now my order is missing presumed stolen but because they have a picture of the item on my doorstep it's all good Best4Flooring is happy the delivery has been made. WRONG the order is complete once I have the item and I or someone has signed for it, not just dumped outside my house. First and last time i use this company ever again, ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTING.

Excellent product after they delivered the right flooring as the first 33 boxed were labelled incorrectly so sent right back. Sales team kept saying next day delivery 5 days later the correct boxes arrived, after so many excuse even though they were in the wrong. 1 box damaged. Email sent yesterday and no response. The after sales team don't want to know. Spent £1,500 be certain it's 100% even though it's a fab product.

Very disappointed, ordered through amazon. I waited a week to be told was no longer stocked. Then rang and was told they had some left in stock, asked to buy some of it, took about 8 emails and still hadn't given me a viable way of purchasing the stock. Chased them up in an email and still haven't had a response. Very disappointed, customer service is bad and unable to sell their own stock. Shocked would be an understatement. I would not recommend this company.

Awful service - asked for express delivery and not had anyone contact me regarding the status of the delivery. Nobody answers the phone and it’s just been a shocking experience. Need a refund asap

Haven’t received my item, been back and forward with customer services today was told couldn’t get a refund as it was bespoke order and still awaiting the order

Customer service is useless. I have been waiting for three weeks for a refund for a wrong order. I keep getting asked EVERY DAY for a tracking number and delivery which I have sent the tracking number being totally irrelevant as it was delivered back to them on 25 August. Time wasted and so frustrated just please get a grip and sort my refund!

Customer service was great - really helpful. Unfortunately, there were 2 issues with the order: 1. Delivery was 1 day late. DX tracking was of no help. Indicated that the delivery would be on time and gave no indication that the order would be delivered late. 2. The flooring had a hole / tear (see attached photo. Fortunately, it was close to an edge and could but cut out.

Good morning Heather, We have been in touch with the courier about this, and when collectioned was attempted there was no-one at the property and they couldn't get in touch by telephone either. If you still need your item collecting, please get in touch with our sales team. We do try to make our listings as clear as possible as the name of the beading matches the name of the flooring. However, we have a sales team that will be more than happy to help should you need further information.

I don't know whether Best4flooring products are good or not, as the Vinyl flooring I bought never turned up. They use a delivery company called DX Express. Four separate delivery dates were made, but no one ever turned up. Each time I waited in all day, or got a neighbour to do this. I even took the day off work once, and still no one showed. When I informed Best4flooring they immediately gave me a refund, so to be honest, they're probably not a bad company, but they have an unprofessional, unreliable delivery company. This is unfortunate, as I really liked the look of their products.
