Hi Jennifer Thank you for taking time to leave a review We are disappointed to hear that the sample was darker than expected We do our best to provide great website images, these are included to represent how the product might look in a particular setting but there are so many factors that change how that same flooring might look in your home. A website image can appear completely different on one device/computer screen to another. The lighting on the lifestyle photo could be artificial lighting from a studio or it could be natural lighting from an actual installation. “We have ordered numerous samples in the past which always were delivered without delay. We finally decided on vinyl flooring for our kitchen. I feel the price is reasonable and the service has been excellent. The flooring was delivered on time. It has been fitted today and looks great. We are very happy with our new floor.”
