“When it arrived I wasn't able to be at delivery as working fitting floors. Vinyl was damaged and dented. Had to order a new bit”

“Amazing value for money! I had spent a few weeks searching for flooring within my budget. I did the usual sample ordering from all the main brands and created 20 lovely augmented photos of my downstairs but still no luck on getting the right price. Then I found Best4Flooring. Saved easily £1500 on 70m2 LVT (0.55mm wear layer) by buying clearance stock.”

“Great product but even better customer service. My vinyl had a small part damaged by the carrier. As it was left outside due to self isolation I took photos and contacted the customer service. On explaining that I might be able to cut round the damage as it was near the edge and was laying in a bathroom so had shower tray sink and toilet to cut round. Was told to go ahead and see what happens If we couldn't cut round they would send a new piece out. Luckily we managed to lay it but when I contacted to say all was well we were refunded nearly 20% of the cost because of inconvenience. Well done Best 4 Flooring We can't praise you enough”
