“Brilliant company. Good choice of vinyl and great A4 samples. Ordering was very simple and communication was excellent, keeping me informed of what was happening. Choosing a delivery date is a bonus and it was delivered on time. Would definitley recommend.”

“I'm pleased with the quality and finish of the flooring and the price was very competitive. It came well packaged but not overly so. I'd have liked a next day delivery option, but it wasn't a lot extra for premium delivery within 2 working days. Altogether I'm very pleased and would order from this site again.”

“Ordered on line for collection, it said wait till you receive notification item is ready, which was at least an hour, I was close by, so phone up, the girl I spoke to said she'd phone the warehouse and within in 10 minutes she phoned back to say the order was ready. The guy at the warehouse even loaded the stuff in to the car for me.”

“Ordered a Vinyl and some double sided tape. The Vinyl arrived with a tear in it & never received the tape!”

If you could email enquiries@best4flooring.co.uk , they will get this resolved swiftly for you. With regards to the double sided tape, please check down the centre of the roll, we place the tape here to protect it in transit.

“I ordered a sample of Massimo Oak LVT. What arrived was a very different colour to the pictures on your site. Spent hours on the phone to try to talk to someone about this but nobody answered sadly. Mike”
