“Tale of two ways of customer service. Ordered flooring from local KK told 3 weeks from ordering to fitting. Day before KK rang and said the flooring I ordered was discontinued and there was nothing they could do. I was just dismissed. I was let down. Went home straight on line found best4flooring ordered and was delivered next day. Superb service.”

“Ocean painted wood vinyl flooring was ripping like tissue paper my fitter said worse one he has ever laid, the company and delivery was fantastic and I loved the design which went well with my kitchen. The bathroom vinyl we did not have a problem with at all but a different pattern, thank you”

“Difficult to adequately describe how terrible this company is. They do not ( and probably have no intention ) answer their phone. To put it into perspective I’ve spent 3 hours waiting for the phone to be answered on several occasions. They do not respond to emails in a timely fashion ie they respond in 5 days. No intention of placing an order with this company. How can a business operate this way? Complete time wasters, they’ve wasted over 4 hours of my time”

“In urgent need of vinyl for bathroom floor, ordered ‘blind’ but having perused customer reviews and photos and was not disappointed! Fast next day delivery, good quality and reasonably priced. B4F have a much more interesting choice of product than most other suppliers.”
