“Failed to arrive on the day agreed. Arrived next day but by then I had missed my opportunity to lay it as I do not live near the property. Very frustrating! My response to the remaining questions will depend on your response to this.”

Good Afternoon Peter I can see our sales office were contacted regarding this matter on the 4th July. We work very hard to ensure that your floor arrives safely on the date you request, but this is not guaranteed due to elements outside our control. Therefore, we strongly advise that you await for safe delivery before confirming installation dates with tradespeople. I can see from the information that the order was delivered the next day and the sales office refunded the express delivery charge. “The Company very efficient and posted quickly. Unfortunately, the samples resulted in disappointment with my choices as the patterns looked blurry and indistinct so not suitable for my bathroom, but the photos on line looked so promising although not as quoted, 'authentic looking terrazo effect'! Thank you for the chance to see before buying.”

“Ordered samples a couple years back from best4flooring, I called and made enquiries regarding the samples and spoke to a lovely lady that made a lasting impression, although I didn’t go with them at the time, the customer service I received led me back to them when looking to replace my kitchen and bathroom flooring. Again I ordered samples and made enquired and ultimately purchased flooring that came well packaged, on time and it was a great decision, the flooring is stunning and great quality, I’ll be using this company going forward and have already recommended to others”

“Good company got the vinyl floor covering what I wanted after a lot of searching on line their price was cheaper than most other companies but the ones that were cheaper were asking extortionate delivery charges as most of them were I distance from where I live but Best4Flooring are near to where I live I collected it the following .morning from their warehouse the quality is excellent really greatcompany hot quality flooring easy to order on line easy collect and delivery charges cheaper than a lot of other companies Thank you Best4Flooring”
