“the vinyl was ok. however, they used UPS to deliver (for which i paid the best part fo £15)... UPS gave me a delivery date and I waited in from 1pm to 7pm. No delivery. The delivery disappeared from the UPS app and website, them the next morning it was re-scheduled to be delivered that day, which it was. I am going to ask Best4Flooring to re-imburse my delivery cost since their delivery provider failed to take any regard for my time, it mis-led me, and failed to keep me informed.”

“I’m sure that this is maybe out of your hands, but after delivery update to 1st Oct, time “by end of day”, I was informed of delay, so having waited in all day I was told (after 6pm) it would be the following day. Once again it said by end of day. Again no delivery. The following day delivery was advised as between 10 and 2pm. It arrived around 3pm. I spent 2 and a half days waiting in for my goods, and for that I paid just under £15 postage. (The item was only around £20). It may be the issue was with UPS, but they are your chosen carriers and I feel it was very poor service from them.”

“The sample was a decent size, the quality of the laminate was very good and just what I was looking for. Even offered a 5% discount. However didn’t go through with purchase and I only needed two boxes (for a small area in the house) and the total was ~£50 and they wanted £30 delivery charge on top. I ended up going to a local homebase and paid ~£55 for something very similar. That said, if I want a larger amount in the future then I will definitely consider this company.”

“Great experience. Useful measures of flooring offered for a small order in my case, communication with Michelle at B4 was good, order came within a day of when it should have, so maybe an option to pay more for delivery and have more choice, product was exactly as it looked on website, though the company do urge to get a sample, excellent range of choice for products.”

“I ordered from this company with trepidation because it's hard to order flooring without seeing the quality. Having said that I went ahead and I was pleasantly surprised. Not only was delivery quick but the quality was good aswell. I will definitely reorder from them again. I bought a roll of black and white marbled chequered vinyl cushioned flooring for my bathroom and it was exactly like the picture that they showed on their website.”

“I have received your sample which I am very pleased with. So much so I think I am going to ask my fitter to measure up and then order the required amount from you. I have just returned from a visit Tommy friends in the Midlands and that is where I saw this pattern and liked it very much. Your prices are much better. Thank you, Gill Cummings”
