Hi Lindsay, All samples are sent out with Royal Mail and should arrive within 3 working days. If you have still not received them, please can you let our sales team know via the contact form on the website so that we can issue a replacement?

“Haven’t put flooring down yet but seems good quality so happy with it. But if you keep using DX as the delivery service you’re going to lose customers, I was going to buy Lino for the kitchen too from your company but will be going elsewhere now so that I don’t have to deal with DX again. Paid for quicker delivery and it took a week with a lot of being messed around so not happy”

“Great company. I ordered the wrong vinyl by mistake, customer services replied to my message very quickly and sorted out the issue also very quickly. Thank you. I’m really pleased with the vinyl I bought and it was for a good price. I liked the fact you could choose a specific day for delivery. All in all, an excellent service from Best 4 Flooring, I’ll definitely be using the company again.”
