“Bought wedding rings, they arrived in the sizes we ordered but the rings were comfort fit and we didn't realise that you're meant to go a size up so sent them back for a refund and ordered again in a size up for both rings. Absolutely perfect fit, super quick postage and we love them. Customer service is great too as we had to email them! Thank you.”

“I order a mans wedding band but sadly had to return it due to me ordering the wrong size, so contacted BEST TO HAVE, they were prompt in getting back to me and was so helpful. The ring was even more lovely in real life and will be ordered a replacement. I would definitely recommend to all, you wont be disappointed.”

“I ordered a ring and it took 4 days for them to tell me they didn't have my full address so it took a while receive my ring. It was a size to big which must have been my fault, so I sent it back and ordered another and the same story... I receive confirmation of order and delivery is in process then 4 days later I am told they need my address. So I can't comment on quality however the ring that was too big did seem to be of a high standard for the price.”
