“Missed deadline of confirmation from insurer. Followed up from you with request to compare policy. I said i would check. Before confirming you signed me up with out my consent.”

“Harry contacted me after I had sent an email to one of his colleagues following a recommendation from a friend. He was exceptionally professional and gave me a full understanding of the policy and the options available. He was very courteous and did not put me off with a "hard sell" ( which would have made me look elsewhere) I would have no hesitation in recommending him to friends and colleagues.”
