“This is probably one of the best insurance services I have used. Easy, efficient and everything was explained fully and with no jargon. Sam was an absolute pleasure in helping me find the suitable cover for my needs. There was No pressure to sign up straight away !! He even gave me time to read all the information over the weekend to ensure I was happy with everything. Absolutely Fab and will definitely use Beat again :)”

“Picked the best looking website off the internet. Made the call and spoke to the agent Gareth Gregg. Sounded like a nice, polite and informed person. Told him my circumstances and he outlined several options. I choose the best one for me and went ahead. No hard sell tactics which would have put me off immediately. Highly recommended service, man y thanks.”

“When I cancelled our policies the direct debit was still drawn by close brothers despite not having signed the agreement. Very poor experience.”

“I can only comment on the customer service received so far as we all know the best review is written after a claim on insurance to see how it is handled. The customer service received after requesting an online quote was excellent. I received a number of emails and telephone calls to share information and answer questions from a very friendly member of staff.”
